Cosy and spottles apartment in a very nice area of the town Positive: Spotless apartment, exactly as in the pictures. The elevator is small and reminds me on Paris. But Bucharest is called the little Paris anyway😉

bad Negative: the „hotel“ looks very bad from outside, has no reception, allthough at booking its indicated as hotel, its almost impossible to find a parking, allthough booking says its with parking. entrance and stairs, through the glas door look ugly - so the images on book are missleading and we rejected to stay. a request to cancel our booking was rejected, instead we were spamed by messages from a bot as if we would have checked in, filled with „do s and dont s“. Господарі постійно на звʼязку і допомогли вирішити питання з дода Positive: Помешкання чисте, розташування зручне, господарі на постійному звʼязку. Negative: У ванній кімнаті відчувався запах сирості при заселенні. Додаткове спальне місце не дуже зручне. Парковка поблизу лише платна громадська.

2x/3x priced, smelly, dirty, unfinished scam - stay away and go to a 4star hotel for the same price Positive: Didn't like anything really, I felt scammed and had a terrible experience, but it was too late after booking this non-refundable overpriced fake Negative: It was dirty: found a nail in the closet, carpet had stains, the curtains had cigarette burns, there was dirt on the floor. It was smelly: the curtains smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom had a HORRIBLE urine and sewer smell, and the AC wasn't working (stuck on E7 error code) to air out the room. It was unfinished: they didn't even take the paint tape off the door and it's painted all messy, there were still holes in the walls, electric cable hanging, and the bathroom had unfinished parts (bonus: the shower gel is a counterfeit brand). Of course it doesn't look anything like the pictures since they are all AI generated or modified. It costs a fortune: 100 euros a night for the same days will get you a room at a 4 star hotel like the Mercure Bucuresti, this dirty place costs 125 euros a night - with a false discount from double price this property advertises, which is false advertising to me. I booked a beautiful, clean and design room for 45 euros the next night! No fixing from the management: didn't get any fix for the AC being broken, only the usual automatic messages I don't understand how this property gets such a good score on Booking.com ! It should be flagged ! It gets a bad score and lots of terrible reviews on Google which is deserved and correct!
