Positive: There were a few positive things 1. The location was excellent. 2. The owner answered the phone and was polite when we called him. 3. Towels and linen - clean 4. Bathroom clean Negative: I am really sorry that I have to write a bad review, in all the years I have booked on this platform I have never had to write a bad review. :( The description and the photos do not reflect the reality of the property and I do not consider this fair. The apartment is in an old building, which is ok, however the lift was not working and we had kids and luggage. We specifically requested 3 bedrooms, 3 places to sleep and according to the pictures there should have been. There was only one normal bedroom, beautiful, with king size bed and windows. Another bed was in a place with walls, and instead of the window it has a closed balcony, smelling of cigarettes. My teenage son had to sleep there, couldn't breath. The third area of sleeping was in the living room/kitchen, no windows, so space and dusty. We couldn't breath at all, haven't slept all night. There was no coffee, tea anything - as according the description I think the sleeping conditions should be corrected, otherwise it would be a nice place.

Jalnic!!! Nu recomand Negative: Am fost cazați în acest apartament (pozele 42-66) din centrul vechi al Bucureștiului și experiența a fost de-a dreptul mizerabilă și revoltătoare. Deși apartamentul este amenajat cochet la prima vedere, realitatea este șocantă: 1. Am găsit ploșnițe vii atât pe pereți, cât și pe pat, pe canapeaua extensibilă și în cada de la baie și de parcă nu ar fi fost de ajuns, chiar și în covor. 2. Lenjeria și saltelele prezentau pete suspecte și urme clare lăsate de insecte. 3. Condițiile de igienă sunt inadmisibile, punând sănătatea oaspeților în pericol. 4. În unul din dormitoare (cel mai micuț) se simțea puternic un miros de urină. Nici după ce am aerisit, mirosul nu a trecut. Noi am observat toate acestea cu o seară înainte de decazare, după ora 23:00, aproape de 00:00. Din bun-simț nu am mai sunat atunci seara persoana care se ocupă de cazare, considerând ca este foarte târziu. Dimineață după decazare i-am adus la cunoștiință domnului toate aceste neconformități, și cu solicitarea de restituire a banilor, legea oblingandu-i să ne restituie integral suma pentru prestarea de servicii neconforme. Drept răspuns am primit un: “corect era să ne spuneți de la început.”, deși i-am comunicat faptul ca noi am observat abia în seara de dinaintea plecării, oferindu-mă să îi trimit detaliile de la fotografii, să vadă și dansul la ce oră au fost făcute. Este de neconceput ca un spațiu care se închiriază turiștilor să fie lăsat în asemenea stare. Faptul că proprietarul nu a luat măsuri de dezinsecție și nu menține condiții minime de curățenie denotă neglijență totală și lipsă de respect față de clienți. Recomand tuturor celor care se gândesc să rezerve aici să evite complet acest loc sau dacă se gândesc să vina, să-și aducă de acasă propriile lenjerii și insecticid. Dacă ești mai curajos, vino cu propria firmă de deratizare. Experiența noastră a fost un coșmar mai ales fiindcă una dintre noi a fost piscata de una dintre pleosnite, noaptea în timpul somnului.

Positive: Locatia si apartamentul foarte frumoase Negative: Din pacate a fost plin de gandaci de bucatarie.

All in all it was nice and we were very thankful for a possibility of slightly earlier check-in. Positive: The apartment is super cosy and equipped with everything one may need. It had three TVs with smartTv which was a nice bonus having a toddler :-D Negative: We had a little hard time fitting the stroller in a tiny elevator and lifting it up the stairs to parter. Also the tram passes right by the building and is pretty loud, but during the night it’s a pretty calm area.
