Positive: The location and the vibe
Negative: Unfortunately, the bed did not seem to be cleaned before we arrived. The bed and bedding felt dirty, and we had a very uncomfortable night.

Negative: I will say the air condition when we stoped it it made a loud noise for a long time after it was stoped. It was a bit annoying so maybe that noise can be sorted.
